Most students already use AI to study — but as an answer machine: ask a question, get an answer, move on. That skips the back-and-forth reasoning that actually builds clinical intuition.

Rounds puts that reasoning process back in. Each case is a clinical simulation with clues that unlock one at a time, so you practice arriving at a diagnosis the way a real encounter demands — not recognizing an answer choice.

How it works

A case a day. One new clinical case daily, so the habit is small enough to keep during rotations.
Real presentations. Each case is written to mirror how a patient actually presents — not pulled from a fixed answer bank.
Progressive clues. Findings unlock one at a time — commit to a diagnosis early, or spend clues to narrow it down.
400+ cases. A library spanning the major specialties, browsable whenever the daily case isn’t enough.
Browse by specialty. Filter to cardiology, endocrinology, urology, and the rest when you want to drill a rotation.
Progress tracking. Streaks, win rate, and guess distribution, so improvement is visible over weeks rather than guessed at.

A study tool, not a clinical one. Rounds is built for education. It doesn’t replace formal medical training or professional medical advice, and nothing in it should be used to make decisions about a real patient.
