How we work
Close to the problem, or not at all
The reason most software built for clinical settings misses is that it was built by people who never worked in one. We start from the opposite end.
Every venture here began as a specific failure we could name: students learning to look up answers instead of reason through them, an application process more opaque than it needs to be, beds assigned by whiteboard. We do not take on a problem we can’t describe in a sentence, and we say so early when we think the problem isn’t the one worth solving.
Brask Group has taken no outside investment, which means the work answers to the problem in front of it rather than to someone else’s return schedule. Partnerships are structured the same way — scoped to something real, small enough to test, and honest about what we don’t know yet.
